Job Purpose

To lead and manage the sales fuction of passenger car vehicles to government departments in Oman, such as ministries, defense, police, and related agencies. This role demands expertise in government procurement procedures and the capacity to cultivate and uphold relationships.

Job Responsibility

Developing and executing sales strategies for planning achieving sales targets. Cultivating relationships with ministries, defense, police, and agencies while exploring new business opportunities. Collaborating with marketing for targeted campaigns. Presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Coordinating with finance and logistics for timely deliveries and payments. Monitoring market trends and regulations to mitigate risks and seize opportunities. Providing regular reports to senior management. Mentoring the sales team for enhanced performance.

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • Omani National.
  • Age 30-35 Years.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in automobile sales, with a proven track record of B2B selling of passenger vehicles to corporate and government departments.
  • Strong understanding of Oman government procurement processes, tenders, and regulations.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Business ethics, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and using Sales softwares
  • Valid Oman driving license.
